Reviewed by Winters in Wisconsin from La Crosse, WI on Monday, February 18, 2013This is a rather long clock; when the pendulum does not work, then 2/3rds of the clock is useless, though it is important for shape. Had I wanted a round clock, I would have bought a larger one; however, I was intrigued by the old-fashioned pendulum--a feature that may or may not operate. Because I am not keen on paying shipping and paying return shipping and ending up with nothing, I am keeping the clock. I don't know how to advise potential buyers about purchasing mechanical objects that go through shipping and "handling."
