When it arrived it was immediately clear that it was not very well made. It is a lined skirt and the lining was longer than the skirt itself. I sent it back and exchanged it for a new one. The new one arrived and it was better made but the lining is still too long. I am not sure why this skirt needs to be lined to begin with as the static cling began immediately. I am going to keep the skirt and will make adjustments to the lining most likely, but have to say I am not all that pleased.
