I had to take apart the sweat band and hat band. To adjust the fit. Hassle but I did it because the hat was such a good bargain.

Anyway, I originally ordered my size but apparently this particular hat runs large on me. I exchanged for the next size down and it fits perfect. I am thinking about getting the lighter color one as well.

Have not yet worn in cold weather, but will be doing so soon. Had a Stetson has a kid, endured years and years in heat, dust, cold, even tromped on by horse...then someone decided to "borrow it", waited a long time to invest in another one. Sierra's price was less than half of what I would have paid via a well-known retailer. Glad I checked the Sierra website. Nice rich, deep brown too,
