Reviewed by greyhound989 from New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, May 21, 2013I've bought a few pairs of these. It's harder and harder to find 100% cotton jeans for women, especially ones that fit this well. The denim is on the lighter side but feels sturdy and cooler than thicker denims. The bootcut has a serious flair and would certainly fit over boots. I'm not a huge fan of the "whiskered" fading, the heaviness of which has varied quite a bit among the pairs of these I've purchased. At its worst, it makes for heavy horizontal lines right over the thigh. Not terribly attractive. At its lightest, it's barely noticeable though. Luck of the draw as to which you get. But overall, I like the fit and feel of these jeans to overlook the whiskering.

I also want to say, Sierra Trading Post has excellent customer service. The first order was delivered to the wrong address(partially my fault). They did not hesitate to send another one. I bought for my fiance for our engagement pictures but was SO SAD when I found that it had a "Modern" fit tag on it. Stetson shirts normally run a tad big so I thought by purchasing him a Large we'd be good but nope sadly this shirt is a SLIM fit, definitely needed an XL. Can't be the price though, will definitely be exchanging!
