    These do not have proper heel formation. Your foot cannot be held in the shoe and it easily turns. This faulty design is really dangerous.

    I would have thought they'd be good for casual wear with jeans or slacks or a skirt BUT run large both length and width. Not a stable shoe as soles are narrow and dont go to edge of shoe. As a result I sent them back and am still looking for a casual but stable shoe that is not a sneaker.

    I had high hopes for these shoes, but alas, they went back. I read all about the special innovative gel heel, but when I put them on, I just didn't understand all the hype. Not really comfortable and definitely not fashionable. I ended up with the Columbia Maia Suede shoes that are EXTREMELY comfy and much more stylish. Everyone has different feet and opinions, but for me, these were quite a disappointment!

    I've never owned Stonefly before so can't compare, but it fits my foot very loosely. The heel is much too wide. With the significant reduction in price, it's a good shoe for the money.
