“I thought the strap would make this shoe a perfect fit, but somehow -- maybe it's the placement -- that just doesn't do it and they gap. I have a thin (but not narrow) foot and it's very difficult to find shoes that don't fall off. A different insole made these snugger but then my heel slips out. I like this brand, just not this shoe.”
