    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I purchased a size 34, it was tagged size 34, but it was size 32. (I measured the waist.) Other brand shorts included with my order, also size 34, fit great and measured 34. Perhaps my short was the only short mistagged at the manufacturer, however, I tend to doubt that. If you are a true size 34, "buyer beware!"
