“Beautiful, but can't get them on.”

“These boots are very beautiful, and I was so happy that they would be waterproof, but getting them on is almost impossible. I had to use a shoehorn and much pulling and tugging, and I decided that I could not go through that everytime I needed to wear them. Once on they were fairly comfortable, and the style was nice, but you do have to be able to get them on to use them I think the design needed to be adjusted to allow slightly more give to allow a foot to get into the unzipped area.”
