Sugoi Ready Shorts (For Women)

I was looking forward to a pair of longer running shorts - and they are nice and long , but I'm returning these. I wear a 10 in pants so I ordered the mediums which are supposedly 10-12, but I definitely needed a large. The mediums bunch up in a very unflattering way and the legs are too slim. I don't like the 100% polyester fabric either, it feels cheap to me and isn't as smooth as most athletic shorts. Also, the white is see-through so you'd probably need to wear spandex underneath, but that's to be expected.

I bought two blue pairs of these shorts and have been really pleased with them. I was looking for running shorts with a longer inseam to give coverage, but that wouldn't have so much fabric that it'd be in the way/too bulky. Waist is low rise, but not super-low. Fabric is lightweight, as it's designed to be, but not sheer. Can't remember if it's in the description, but there's a liner short inside, which I've found very comfortable. No outside pockets on these, but there's an inside mini-pocket for a key. Just for vanity, I like the light blue color too since I look exceedingly pale in darker colors.

Movement is unrestricted, but coverage is still good - no booty hangout!

These took me back to elementary pe and those white shorts we had to wear (in the 1970s). They are baggy in the crotch, thin, and just plain ugly. I laughed the whole time I wore them. It probably cost me more to return them than what I paid for them - but it was a matter of principle.

Versatile--Good for generalized workouts. For non-running, I enjoy the longer inseam length.
