I've already worn this jacket several times in cold, windy weather of upstate New York... and it was everything I have been looking for: light weight, easy to move in and warm... it will be a perfect ski jacket.

Bought this for my teenage daughter for Rockies ski trips and winter wear. Looks well built for the slopes, without looking too technical---which is just the combination that is right for her! Black version has nice styling and attractive silver reflective piping trim.

Excellent ski jacket that my wife is very happy with. However, beware of Sierra's sizing measurements because they are not consistent with Sunice's size charts on their website which we found to be a truer indication of sizing.

Sleeves are too short and tight (I do have long arms though.) Color of wrist gaiters turned me off. Whole jacket was a bit small making a snug fit leaving no air pocket so it was not very warm.
    • Cons: No insulation in hood, Odd wrist gaiters, Sleeves too short
    • Pros: Great fabric, Numerous Pockets, Slim fit, Watertight zippers
