If I could I'd give them no stars whatsoever. For the price I paid, I could have gotten three pairs of Dr. Scholl's active insoles which really work. I totally wasted $36.

I use to have the expensive orthotics made by a doctor and then I tried these which were very close to my custom ones, and the rest is history. They sell a bunch of different kind, and to learn more go to their website. I love these in my road & mtn. bike shoes.

I find them very supportive and easy to fit into a number of different shoes. Not really designed for special event shoes, but for every day walking around, they're great.
