I use them in my Frye boots, which while comfortable and high quality, lack that little bit of arch support to be completely perfect. These insoles make my boots tremendously comfortable, without adding any weight. I highly recommend these, if you are considering ordering a pair.

The pair I received were size "6 1/2 - 8". I wear size 9 1/2 so I was a little peeved that this information is displayed. I don't know if there are assorted sizes sent or if they are all the same size. I can't say if they work well since they were several sizes too small and I have to return.

I read another review and her comments about making her boots fit better and well she was absolutely and completely right! It almost feels like you have a sling for your arch giving that extra support. My boots had the girl high heel so it was right in line with the 1"+ height shoe requirement. I may never wear cowboy boots again without my superfeets!!

I had a pair of boots with a 2" heel and was having trouble walking in them, since I usually wear flats. The insole redistributed my weight, so it's not so much on the balls of my feet. I feel much more comfortable in my boots now.
