Reviewed by Shelby500 from Georgia on Tuesday, June 18, 2013I was amazed at how comfortable these Superfeet insoles are. I didn't expect an insole this firm to be able to absorb shock this well. Superfeet were recommended to me by a far more experienced runner. The arch support is closer to the heel than other insoles I have tried before. Superfeet insoles are well worth the investment if you are an active runner or athlete. I won't run without them now.

Reviewed by Dojoon from Seoul, Korea on Thursday, May 16, 2013size is right fit to regular shoes. it was lucky for both of us not to cut anything from the orginal. it feels rather firm and we didn't realize that it is placed....but... after hard walk (2-3 hr traking)... it made us feel gently firm and feels like to remove my knee pain. I am not sure as I didn't use the other insole but it works
