This "Fireman" SAKnife is identical to the SAK Hunter knife which I carry all fall. It's a very useful tool at a favorable price.

good blade

I got this because I needed a pocket knife for camping and hiking. It's bigger and heavier than I expected, but I suppose that's the trade-off for having things like the saw blade, which I wanted. It's definitely not a knife to carry in your pocket on a regular basis. I keep mine in my car in case of emergencies and plan to take it for camping and hiking. It's got the tools I really want, like a sturdy knife, tweezers (good for ticks), saw blade for wood, and a blade that can cut seatbelts or straps.

It is great to take it with me anytime, anywhere. Very handy and useful.

This is bigger than the backpacker style Swiss Army knife I had. The handle is about 4.25 inches long and is very comforable to hold. The locking main blade is a little over three inches long (blade portion). The saw blade has thick, sharp teeth. The reamer, tweezers and toothpick are nice to have. The only thing it doesn't have is a pair of scissors but I don't miss it.
