“The knife is flawless, but the waiter's tool consistently breaks the necks of wine bottles when you (OK, when I) extract the cork. The inner edges on all three that I ordered are rough, with burrs -- very uncharacteristic of Victorinox -- and the claw seems poorly designed when compared with similar tools that do not break or chip bottle necks. Very disappointing, and useless as a gift, except for somebody you hope will drink some broken glass.”
