Reviewed by jwn from Corona del Mar, CA on Friday, November 16, 2012Use it to braise on the burner then throw it in the oven to cook through. Rack of Lamb, Beef, Fish, Veggies all very easy. Still cleans up with a wet towel after 6 months of almost everyday use!
