    My wife said she wanted a good frying pan and then said Swiss Diamond...Seeing the price in the local store almost made me choke. Thank God for Sierra Trading Post. What a great product...What a great company. Fast Delivery and an incredible frying pan!!!

  • Great egg pan

    We always tried to cook fried eggs in a little round pan. But just like a double toaster, there wasn't enough time for breakfast. With this pan it is so easy to make 4 eggs at a crack. We add a small amount of grape seed oil, but it is a super non stick pan.

    This lid had an adjustable vent on the knob so you can control the amount of steam escaping. The glass top lets you keep an eye on things without having to lift the lid. This is the lid I reach for first.
