Great for supination, but the distressed color gives it a thrift store look.Reviewed by Kate from California on Wednesday, May 27, 2015if you supinate or under-pronate (walk with your weight on the outside of your foot), then this shoe might be for you. I pronate when I walk (weight on the inside of my foot), and these shoes are nearly impossible for me to take two steps in because they seem to expect you to supinate. I believe most women supinate, so this shouldn't be a problem for most women.
The chocolate distressed color honestly looks like you found these shoes for $5 at a thrift store. It's a great casual look, but if you want professional shoes, these aren't for you. -

I don't know if the inventory was in a fire, but the shoes were covered with a a thick grey dust. The website noted "Closeouts" but they should also be noted as damaged. The shoes needed a good cleaning, and the leather has a bit of a worn look - not what I would have expected from a new pair of Taos shoes. With the extra coupons this was an awesome price from STP, so I'll be keeping them.

I have recommended the shoes to some friends already and plan to purchase this brand in the future.
