I had my wife "gift" me this, as I normally wouldn't pay this much for a belt. It has a much nicer buckle than the last Tardini lizard belt I ordered and sent back (due more to size). It is one inch shorter than listed, so order one size bigger

Got brown and black. Have had a Nicaraguan caiman belt for almost 35 years. I know it's caiman because I saw the hide before it was made. Wider than these. Scales, especially edges, are starting to show on old belt and always have. New belts are really very nice. However, still trying to figure out how they can be so smooth and yet be genuine caiman. Nonetheless the detail of the scales is so complicated I can't see how it could be pressed leather. They really are nice belts; great workmanship; very stylish. Go for it!

A very good deal as I got 35% off the STP price. This quality belt is about $300 where I shop. I wear a 34" pant and the 36" belt is about 1/2" too big over jeans with a tucked in dress shirt. The buckle is a long rectangle so changing to a shorter buckle will solve the problem (have a shoe shop install snaps in place of rivits which costs about $10). I hope to find a Hopi buckle to make it the ulta-belt.

Gorgeous leather: ordered the "Dark Red Brown"; my belt is showing more medium brown tones than red, which is fine with me. I had the buckle end modified (reconfigured with snaps...easily done if your leather worker is a good crafts person) to accept sterling silver (Hopi Indian) buckles. Stunning result. Own the black model as well.
