“I see a lot of comments about the size (too big/small), but I can say they're just right for our Cavaliers, who are 22 lbs (fits on second notch) and 24 lbs (first notch) grown dogs. They really look snazzy in them. I would not have even thought about paying what you say is a retail price, and even had to think twice on the special price, but they're well worth it.”
