Belt is great for dress or casual.

This is an odd product. The fit is true to size, the lizard skin is gorgeous, and the cowhide backing is top quality. The buckle is oddly undersized for the price point, and looks like the maker was trying to save a few pennies by shaving a few grams of material. The stitching to close the belt where the buckle is held is a cheap, two-hole machine punch. It is an odd [@] touch on a supposedly high-quality accessory.I appreciate details. This product is worth no more than what you pay for it.

Other than the odd square end, this is a nice belt at a reasonable price.

This Tardini caiman crocodile belt is a great belt. However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the inside leather lining. The outer look is great!! This is the second Tardini belt of this model I now own. This one is black; the previous one was brown. The brown belt had a nicer leather lining! The black belt has a darker lining that did not look or feel quite as smooth and refined. To get a 5 the item needs to be perfect. The buckle is great. It is a very stylish belt, and the price for a genuine crocodile belt was great.

This belt runs very small!!! Also, I wasn't impressed with overall quality. Couldn't appreciate that it was croc!

colour is little than appears on my computer - i was expecting a deeper burgundy - is more of a lighter dusty burgundy - but it looks great - visibly high quality (i.e. looks expensive) get positive comments on it when i wear it

A well-made belt, nice quality, lightweight, 1 1/4" wide. Made in Italy. I can't see paying [$] retail for this, but for [$] it's a good wardrobe investment.

Very disappointing. Belt is sized 2 inches smaller than listed. A 36" is 34" or smaller. Also, seems an awful lot like an imitation. (I own a few genuine croc belts.) But even if it is genuine, it's 3 pieces stitched together, which greatly cheapens the product. Not worth it at this price.

When I received the belt I was surprised that the actual color was more of a reddish-pinkish color, or blush rose shade. This was a lighter shade that I expected. That is the only reason I gave this belt four stars instead of five. There should have been a better description or photo of the color, since it is so unusual. I am not sure I would have ordered it had I seen the actual color, but in retrospect, I am glad I did buy it. It is an unusual color, so I use it when I want a change of pace. The belt is a very smooth leather and is a regular dressy weight, not thick. The waist size is only about one size smaller than your actual waist size. So, if your pants are a 36, you should probably order the 38, even though you would like to order a size closer to 37. You will have a dilemma . . . actual pants size for a tighter fit, or go up two sizes if you want a looser fit, since most belts don't go up by one inch increments. Overall is a nice belt.

First off, I would never pay the amount shown as the regular retail price. The sale price was even high, but at least it was reasonable for a croc belt!! The only reason I gave this belt four stars instead of five is because there is not much of the croc skin pattern on the belt. Yes, there is a pattern, but it is a very understated skin pattern. It is still a great belt, just not perfect, and I think five stars should be perfect!! There could have been a better description about the pattern. The belt is a bit heavier than some, but that gives it a classy feel. The waist size is close to actual waist size, but if you want a slighly looser fit (as in more of the belt showing) order the next larger size. So if you are a 36, you can either order the 36 and have a tighter feel (less belt showing, or convincing yourself you won't be gaining weight any time soon), or move up and get the 38 (and have more of the belt showing, or allowing for growth). You won't be wrong in either case. I personally don't like to have much of the excess belt showing, so I usually order closer to the actual pants waist size. Overall, this is a very nice belt and a good addition .
