Targus Gary Borger Pro Series Fly Fishing Rod - 4-Piece, 9' 6wt

I own many fly rods, some high dollar, but none casts better than the Borger Targus rod. I really enjoy fishing with it, to a point that I prefer using it instead of my former favorite Loomis rod. Very attractive and well constructed, plus it comes with two tip sections (done no where else in the industry). If I had not purchased other rods earlier in my fishing experience, I would have gone for the Borger and lived happily ever after. The great price doesn't hurt, either.

Rod used for trout in 3-7 pound range. Somewhat stiff in presentation and a bit heavy compared to a Sage rod in same wt and price range.

This rod feels and looks great. It seems to have a good balance between power and sensitivity and is an excellent buy.
