Tech40 Accelerator Trail Running Watch - Pedometer (For Women)

I love that this watch can do tons of things! The manual walks you through each menu, but doesn't thoroughly explain what each category does. I'm not sure I can use this watch to its full potential due to the manual's lack of information. I'm sure that I'll figure it out over time. I'm having a hard time calibrating the watch, treadmill says one thing, running trail says another, and watch says another with regards to distance. I think this watch will be even better if I keep working with it.

The alarm tone is too quiet on this watch. I can only hear it if I hold it up next to my ear. I contacted the manufacturer, and their rep told me to have the battery replaced. No luck. Now I'm sending the watch back to the manufacturer. Maybe the problem will be resolved, but I would advise others not to bother with this watch, or at least find one to check out in person before you order one.

I liked the price of this watch, and that it was easy to set up. But I am disappointed that you cannot see speed and distance on the same screen. You must press a button repeatedly to move through speed, distance, calories, time, etc. That's not something I want to do while I'm trying to run. I want to lift my wrist, look at my watch, and keep running. Also, because it needs arm swing to calculate speed, you will not get an accurate reading because you need to hold your arm up and push, push, push that little button to get to the speed screen. Then when it does come up, it is so tiny I can rarely ever read it! Unless I'm standing still... One thing it does do however, is give you an accurate read of distance covered. But I really wanted something to help with speed training...

Product was a gift for my wife. She runs regularly and could not come up with a product that was practical and athletic enough. She loves the product so I guess this is it!

practical & fun gift for active folks.

I want a count down timer to only beep when 5 min is over. This count down mode beeps too much.

Nice watch, very stylish, functional but better suited to a man's wrist size than a women's.
