My first on line purchase of footwear. I'm a 9 depending on manufacturer. These boots fit like a glove. (on my feet). I was skeptical upon ordering but very pleased upon fitting. I work construction 10 hours a day .... "with out your feet, your nothing". Support your feet so they can support your family. Thank you Sierra Trading Post. Sincerely ~ Russ ~

These replace some almost worn-out Tecnica boots. I figured that the size and fit would be true to the old ones; and it is. The tongue is strongly convexly curved and it was a bit uncomfortable at the second eyelet from the top location. I solved that by not crossing the laces at that point but went straight up. That may loosen up. So far several 3-mile break-in hikes over varied terrain. Totally comfortable after adjusting the lacing. Laces are a bit too long. I may want to trim them so the bow is not so big that it catches on something.

I wear them canoe camping and on fishing trips. They feel good and have good traction. I have not had them long enough to tell if they are water proof but should be they are gortex. They seem well made and are comfortable to walk in. the heel could be a little tigher fit to prevent blisters. All in all they are a nice shoe.

One of the best day hiking boots I have tried. The only issue was that I had to exchange the first pair for 1/2 size larger than my normal size. The normal size was too tight at the toe.

I bought these for wet weather hiking and warm weather hunting. They feel sturdy, provide good support and have great traction. I had trouble getting a good fit before they were broken in. Either they'd flop, or they'd be too tight at the ankles.

Expensive boot for the build quality. Not very comfortable. Narrow in the toe area. Lacks arch support. Did not hold up well under wet conditions.

great boots. comfort, good fit, dry as a bone in the water. lacing system is easily cinched and loosened. lots of ankle support but not too stiff. soles are extra durable but the boot is still comfortable. i went a half size bigger due to layers of sox as well as foot swelling on longer hikes. great value.

My husband was never able to actually wear these boots to work so I really can not comment on pros or cons however I can tell you he wears a 10.5 in every other shoe and the 10.5 was too small, exchanged for the 11.5 and that was too small too. They did not have anything larger for him so that was it for us. So bummed cause the boot seemed perfect in every way for his needs.
