These shoes were exactly what I was looking for! I spend a lot of time working on ships where I'm required to wear close-toed shoes, have to change in & out of shoes frequently, often get wet, and am constantly walking on wet decks, and needed shoes that would work with that. These were comfortable on long days, easy to get in and out of, and had great traction on slippery wet surfaces. They were a great find!

I reviewed these before, and had traction problems initially, which have since resolved themselves. After a break-in period, they did get 'grippier' and after using them for several months, I'm impressed that they've held up so well, in spite of the chlorine. The strap system with the clip closure is infinitely better than the stretch cords that some shoes use, which eventually break or lose their elasticity.

I use this shoe for water arobics and love the comfort and great traction. The adjustable straps are easily adjusted for secure fitting (not laces). They dry quickly (over night) and I'm ready for the next day. The price is great and I contacted the company to check on care and they recommended simply rinsing the shoes after use. I checked out other watershoes, however, none compared to this quality. I am so glad Sierra sells them!

LOVED these shoes, at first. After 15 miutes of water aerobics, the left shoe felt like it was digging into my heel. 10 days later i still have the remnants of the horrible blister. Right shoe was perfect. Left shoe was into torture. too bad, I had to return them. My first return of all of the wonderful shoes I've ordered from Sierra
