    They felt a full size too big, but when I tried on Tecnica's trail running shoes, I only had to go up a half-size. (I'm an 8 normally, with wide feet, but am wearing the 7.5 trail shoes just fine) They're definitely wide enough. They seemed like they might have been a little too lightweight, like they wouldn't have given enough support. I had to send them back because of the size, anyway. Bright, attractive colors! Comfortable!

    These shoes are great for the price. I use them to hike with my dog in a park with mixed terrain and a lot of hills. They fit high on the ankles and in the back so if you don't want a lot of support in the ankles you may not like this shoe. A good everyday walking / hiking shoe. They run true to size, I ordered a size up because another reviewer said they run small and I had to return them and order my true size so just keep tht in mind.

    I bought these boots for the purpose of hiking Mount Washington in Maine. They are incredibly comfortable and well made. I do have to add that while not my number 1 priority, the aesthetic look is important to me.... These are high quality and very fashionable!

Landing on these, because of the good reviews of what he wanted most - lightweight, durable, breathable, good traction & arch support. (plus he thinks they look cool) He is very please.
