I now have 4 of these because the sun protection, fit, price, and texture of this shirt. The black and blue are both great, and a nice flat texture - not shiny like so much "performance gear" out there. In terms of fit, I'm 5'9" and 185, with a frame wear I usually wear sz S button-ups and sz M t-s... Read More

I got this to replace a Terramar top I got after my son outgrew it. I wore it for years and years and it was my favorite long john top for skiing, lightweight, warm, and wicking. This one's a fun color, aqua, fits the same as the last, men's small for my women's medium upper.

I am picky about my t-shirts as I use them for more than everyday use since I trekked about 1,300 miles the last year. I have some good brand name t-shirts that I use that are two and three times the price, so I was a little skeptical about inexpensive ones. I thought I'd give them a try for the price and I have been really impressed by how lightweight and wicking they are. I now use them under a wool layer as they seem to disapate the sweat well before it is absorbed into the wool. They dry super fast and are great for washing in a creek or sink as I generally wash then every day. I have a drawer full of t-shirts and now I always seem to grab these. They are definitely better than I thought, and for the price, just as good as the expensive ones!

I am really picky how t-shirts fit and perform because I do extensive trekking, about 1,300 miles in one year, and don't pick my gear and cloths so much because of price. I have tried many different brand t-shirts and found a few that were my favorite as I am rough with them and sometimes wash them everyday in a creek or sink. I thought I'd give them a try but was a little reserved because they are so inexpensive and I figured they would be much lower quality. Wow, I actually really like them and ended up ordering six short sleeve and several long sleeve t-shirts. They are very little weight and wick very well. I love wearing them under a wool layer as it allows the sweat to disapate a bit before being absorbed into the wool. I general use them by themselves most of the time when I trek and they have been great. The only thing I found, as others have mentioned, they run a little small. I am 6'1", 190 lbs, and like t-shirts just a little loose and generally wear a large, but found these a bit tight and reordered them in a XL and they fit much better. Wow, even if they were a little more, I would still get them, but for the price of two of my other favorites t-shirts, I'll be getting more of these.

even in middle of summer we wear these long sleeve shirts. bit of help on forest hikes as a block to gnats, etc. XL seems typical fit for hubby. wash/dry ez, range of colors, fave addition.

This fabric is a little different than other wicking fabrics I have used. It has a cross weave that makes it a little fuller without adding weight. I like the fabric and the finish of the garment.
I was disappointed that the cut is so short. It is not a "tall" but still it was unusually ungenerous in overall length. This is not much of a problem for a lot of guys but if this garment shrinks at all, I will be donating it to my grandson.
