    THESE RUN SMALL! I usually wear a small to medium in tops. Had to return mediums and get large. The fabric is so soft, and the colors are great. However, the top is extremely long, and fits tightly around the hips. They seem to work great for biking when a longer shirt is nice. Also, the sizes are inconsistent. One large fit great, the other is too big.

    Great, comfortable, lightweight layering shirt for backpacking or anytime. The cut is trim; I am a small and the small fits perfect but not too tight. It is cut longer which I like when I'm hiking so it doesn't ride up. I own several Terramar items and the Helix T-shirt performs just as well - wicking moisture away quickly keeping me drier on the trail or on the tennis court. Highly recommend for warm weather activities.
