Reviewed by Gem from Seattle on Tuesday, June 04, 2013I love (almost) everything about these, so much so that I functionally live in them during the winter months, and have bought a couple dozen pairs over several years. The only thing unexceptional about them is their wear-life. Due to the 'lightness' of the fabric, which I very much enjoy, it causes them to be more fragile than the typical heavier base layer garment.

They are very comfortable in that they do not bind or ride up. They also wash well and survive repeated tumble drys. They run a little small though. I order a size up from my normal. I am 5' 7" and 150 lbs and the XL fits me well.

They make the perfect light weight, breathable layer under everything! They are thin and breathable yet they keep you amazingly warm without the bulk and without you sweating! You can not go wrong with this purchase. They wash well in cold water and you can dry on medium heat or hang to dry in a pinch!

I wore them with my summer hiking pants and it worked out perfect. Not too warm and not too cold and they were super comfortable. It think they run close to true to size if not slightly larger so if you are in between sizes get the smaller size.
