Perfect base layer

I have been wearing these Terramar silks for over a decade - they are the best, thinnest warm under layer I've found. I've tried cuddle duds, long johns, synthetics - none of them match these silks. Their best feature is their lack of bulk - I can even wear these under skinny jeans! If it's super frigid out, I'll wear these under another bulkier under layer, but for southeast PA, these fit the bill over 90% of the time for a warmth. Perfect under dress pants for work as well.They don't come in petite, and I am, so I roll the waistband down; they're thin enough to get away with that. Not sure of the laundry instructions - I machine wash and line dry, they last for a couple of seasons. Eventually they develop 'runs' like nylons, but that's after many seasons of heavy use. No complaints (other than - make them in petite?)
