    The waist on the large size is small for a large pant. I usually wear a small in other clothing, but I got a large and it seems sort of tight. I like these to be sort of loose however.

    As the price has increased, I am tempted to try the more expensive brands such as Winter Silks to see if they last longer or fit better. I love you folks! Your service and values have always been great. I have some thin merino leggings that have lasted with heavy use and show very little wear. I got them from you and they were higher priced but worth it for how long they have lasted.

    I use silk as a base layer under synthetic when it is really cold and alone for more moderate temps. This is my third pair. The seconds do not wear quite as well as first quality because even though the blems may not be major - I find they tend to cause runs, etc. That said, I get two to three seasons out of them and at this price - they are very worth wihile.

    This is the 3rd set I've bought in 10 years. I wear them a lot at work & they last from 3 to 5 years with heavy use. My uniform is poly/cotton blend & the wind blows right thought. With this extra layer I'm comfortable outside & don't sweat to death inside. The waist is high, but I just roll it over.
