Purchased these (and the matching top) for a 4 day hiking trip in the Bruce Peninsula. Weather was around 10-14C during the day. Not once did I feel sweaty while lugging my 40 lbs of gear on my back for 5-9 hours at a time. I dare say these performed better than any underarmour gear I have worn in t... Read More

I purchased both the top and bottoms. Very nice quality and they have kept me nice and warm both running and cycling. I find the weight to be nice, as these are a base layer so you can adjust with your outer layers. Love the loden color. Bottoms fit a little more like tights which wasnt expecting but nice for the price.

Feels great to wear. Legs are a little long, but not a problem.

I use this product while skiing in the Sierra Nevada range. This is a quality base layer at a good price (~$20).

So far it has only been cold enough on one day when I had to be out in it. So I cannot ultimately make temperature/warmth pronouncements. It does feel mid-weight. It was a little too warm for me the day I did wear it (or I was too active). It was not unbearable, just a wee bit too warm. I need more experience with it to determine the range of temperature and activities.
I can state that the quality appears good. It appears that it will last well. It is a decent fabric weight and hand, and the waist elastic appears robust enough to survive wear and tear and washing machines and dryers (although I maybe should have looked at the care instructions with those little cryptic symbols that I always have to look up).
