These are literally the most comfortable pants on the planet. If silk and micro-fleece had a baby, these pants would be it. They feel like wearing no pants, but better (how is that possible?). Plus, they are totally flattering, and I don't know about the lighter colors, but I can't see my underwear ... Read More

These were a great purchase. I have another terramar base layer bottoms and they fit well too. They are as described, soft, stretchy, smooth under ski pants, and warm. love them!

I ordered these in preparation for a backpacking trip and have been loving wearing them around rainy Portland in the interim. This baselayer is ideally stretchy and soft to the touch and fits well under all my jeans. I had no idea long underwear could be so comfortable. I'm 5'5, 112 pounds (generally a size 4), and size small fits great.

I absolutely love these. They looked small when I took them out of the package but when i put them on they were so comfy and soft I fell in love

I am really happy with these! My only complaint would be that they are a lower rise and I personally would prefer something that sits a bit higher and closer to the waist so it won't work it's way down.

I was looking for another base layer of wool but found these pants to measure up to the cold in the mountains. The fabric is soft and fits easily under another pair of pants without adding bulk. Great purchase price for the performance, i wouldn't mind adding another fun design to my closet.

  • “What is the inseam of these? ”

    • I'm not sure,but I'm 5'3 and petite and they fit great!

    • They fit my long legs, I'm 5'8. About 28.

    • I don't know the exact measurement, but maybe this will help: I'm 5'6", 130 lb, and I bought these in medium. They come down to the top of the my ankle; if you were taller, I'm sure they'd stretch a bit to cover. I bought a pair of base layer bottoms in a size small from a large retailer online (initials: LE) and they were way too long and baggy and I returned them. These Terramar ones fit close to the body and hold up their shape wash after wash (delicate cycle). If you were shorter, I think they'd still fit well without pooling around the feet. I won't buy any other brand. Hope this addresses your concerns.

    • The product details say 27" for the medium. I have the mediums, so I measured them and it's about right. Mine measured 27.5", but that might also be my measuring technique!

  • “Would the waistband of these work during pregnancy? ”
Asked by Sarah from Colorado on 11/25/2016 7:13:19 AM
    • If you're pretty small or in the first two trimesters you'd be fine, but they are meant to fit fairly close even though they are stretchy.
Answered on 11/25/2016 9:18:30 AM by Amryn A. from New Mexico
    • No. I would think not. The waist band is elastic but would not be sufficient to accommodate the last few months pregnancy when your belly would be gigantic.
