They have kept me warm through two winters now, and are still going strong! I like the fit--the lower rise fits nicely under jeans. They are soft and warm and not bulky at all. I also like to sleep in them on their own or under flannel pjs that aren't snug enough in the leg to keep cold drafts out. I did find that the black pair were slightly thicker and warmer and also more durable--they snap right back into shape after washing, and still look new, while the purple ones are starting to get a little thinner and lose some elasticity...but they are still warm & cozy and have at least another year of wear left in them. I do wash them in cold water on a delicate cycle and hang them to dry. I have worn them a lot and have definitely gotten my money's worth! I would not hesitate to purchase again.
