Teva Atrato Water Shoes (For Women)

there are very few water aerobics shoes available. i have used others in the past 9 yrs in a therapeutic pool environment (92 degrees)--some were more cushioned/comfortable than this product but the lacing fasteners would quickly break. they also don't dry out between uses. in my climate, orange slime mold tends to develop. yuck! after several wks of use, i can say that drying out between uses is a problem. too soon to say about mold. the shoes have definitely helped ease my plantar fasciitis problem, the reason for my purchase. reading others' sizing advice, i went 1/2 size down, that worked for me.

Ordered these from Sierra from across the globe [...] I ordered a size down as recommended and they fit perfectly. The little rocks that used to make their way into my boat shoes are no more because they can't get through the gauze in this product nor did they fill with sand when walking through the soft sand on the beach. The shoe is too wide, can't pull laces tight enough. Lace snaps are hard to snap once shoe is tied. Shoe lace stop could be easier to use.

A very good water shoe for cheap! And I love the wild color, tired of serviceable black. But your info that this shoe runs large and one should order a full size smaller is WRONG! I did as you recommended and the things are clearly too small, have had to go through the return and reorder cycle to get a good fit.

I will use these for water recreation most, but they are supportive enough to wear hiking too.

I bought these shoes to walk on coral to get out into the deeper water in Cayman. I swam or snorkeled 2 or 3 times a day for 2 weeks. The shoes were light enough to swim in. The only time I got sand in them was when I stood still where the waves broke. They did not dry between swims but did dry overnight. They held up very well & will use them again when I return in December. My husband is now looking for a pair!

I wear these to work, where I am somtimes subject to various outdoor elements. There is always a puddle for me to walk through... BUT... as with most TEVA products, these rinse off easy and dry lightning quick. Plus the POP of color makes me happy.

Great water shoes. Broke down and got a sneaker type shoe because my feet get mangled in sandles when out getting oysters and digging clams. These are great! They are VERY slow to dry...in the house for two days and still not all the way dry! However, great traction on slick rocks and protect feet from vicious oyster shells. Ordered size 8 and usually wear 8.5. Probably could have gone down another 1/2 size but unavailable. Still comfortable for creek/water hiking though.

These shoes are wonderful for water aerobics. They keep me from slipping and sliding around the pool bottom. They are comfortable enough for an hour twice a week in the pool, but I doubt if I would wear them all day at the lake. They do take a while to dry.

i plan to use these to swim and walk on the beach.
