    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    I ordered these shoes out of the kids section size 6 for my daughter. When I received them they were a size 6 for an adult. I ended up giving them to my mom. I beleive these were in the wrong section. They are probably good shoes.

    I purchased these shoes in dark brown for my 7 year old as a part of his school uniform. He absolutely loved the comfort and ease of putting them on. Unfortunately, only after 3 months, the color faded to a very light brown and the shoe fell apart: the velcro fastner ripped, making the shoe unwearable and we were unable to fix it. Very disappointing product from Teva.

    These have worked well for my son who wears AFO's- orthotics, they have a removable footbed. The velcro holds firm so far, he's worn them since school started. Nice to find a shoe that makes our life easier!

    These were really wide. I returned and ordered a women's small size and it was narrower and fit better. The sinch strap also works on the women's shoe where it does not on the kids.

    My daughter already owned the Clozer sandals, but needed something completely closed for hiking and bushwacking. These are great. The velcro makes them easy to get on and off, we wish though, that the elastic had a toggle so that they could be adjusted to fit more snug. Overall a good product, especially for the price.
