The Teva Hurricane 3 sandals are holding up great so far and should work perfectly when I hit the beach next month. The only down side: the sole is a bit thin for hiking or lots of walking.

Reviewed by JPLBC from NW, Arkansas on Saturday, October 08, 2011I broke these sandals in for about 2 weeks before using them on a 20 mile hike. The sandals held up great. The major cons to this shoe are 1-the sole has indentions that are impossible to clean (I bet this is a reverse grip). Beyond this, there are tiny bubbles on the sole in lots of places that anyone with a sensitive foot would recognize and probably be uncomfortable with. 2-the top straps have velcro all the way to the end, so there is no grip for quick/easy adjustment. The velcro is very strong (a positive), but because of this it makes it quite difficult to adjust and take off the sandals. Other than these few (fairly minor) flaws, the sandals hold up great and are quite comfortable!
