First time I wore them, I still had to go "bare". I'll try thin socks next time. They did keep my bare feet very warm, though. Very comfortable at work.

Answer You can use a nubuck specific treatment. They are not waterproof as they have an open back.

Answer They are not washable.|Remove any dry surface dirt with a nubuck cloth or brush by rubbing the leather gently.|Rub a nubuck stain eraser softly against any stains.|Spray on a cleaner designed for nubuck if dirt and stains persist. Follow the manufacturer's directions. Generally, you brush the nubuck first, spray the leather with the cleaner, and then rub it with a nubuck cloth.|Brush the nubuck surface after cleaner has dried to restore its nap.
