Have only had these a couple weeks.

I can compare them to the 5;10 impacts which I have been using for about 8 +/- years.
Gone through (3) pairs and do love them.

The 5;10's have better grip, a wider fit, more bulky, and seem heavier.

I bought my Links from another site, but I only saw one other mountain biker's review on here. IMO, these run true, if not just a touch smaller in size. Compared to Five Ten Freeriders (not the XVI), these are stiffer. Not as stiff as XVI. These Tevas are certainly more narrow in the mid section. The soles are much thicker than the Freeriders. Can't say on the durability yet, but if you can get these for under forty, then it's a good deal, and worth a try. My only other comparisons are Sombrios and Five Tens, but I've got 5-6 pairs of them, ranging from XVI's to Spitfires to Hellcats.

My daughter could not even get the front part of her foot into this shoe, even after ordering a half size larger. Had to send back.

    Very comfortably and durable

These shoes run small. There is a big difference between a woman's size 9 and a mans size 8 1/2.

These - the Teva - fit a narrower foot, are stiffer, less bulky, more water resistantent, and I like them a bit better overall
I cannot speak to how long they last.
