Teva Olowahu Thong Sandals - Mush® Footbed (For Women)

Nicer than the usual flip flops

I've had a couple of other pairs of the Olowahu and both were comfortable right out of the box. These were horribly uncomfortable. Right under your toes, where your toes connect to the rest of your foot, it was almost lumpy. Hard to describe, but something that did not feel like it would ever break in. Immediately returned and ordered a Chaco. Disappointed, as I really liked my old Olowahus.

I love these sandals. I'm on my third pair in five years. I wear them all summer long and went through two summer pregnancies in these. They are soft, and comfortable. I highly recommend these.

the bands are too tight and I have normal width (to narrow and small) feet.

Surprisingly cushy footbeds, but they have a logo under my heels which I can clearly feel that bugs me (it's the logo for the mushy material that conforms to foot). I had a different kind of Tevas with a similar logo on them, and it always bugged me. What's wrong with Teva's designers that they'd do this?! Even so, the sandals offer good arch support and are tough enough they have withstood mucking through deep, sticky mud without a strap pulling loose. They are so thin and light that they are great for packing for travel. Super comfortable for walking.

Looking forward to wearing a snappy sandal.

These are incredibly light weight and comfy - the straps are a little loose, but I have narrow feet. I think I will love them in the summer. They appear to be very well made!
