5.0 out of 5 stars. Great Old-school Style MB ShoeReviewed by JimmyD from Columbia, SC on Friday, June 26, 2015I've been wearing these for years now. I first started wearing when I started MB riding. They slowly graduated to become my daily wear. The look more like a skate shoe than a MB shoe. The grip is perfect for peddle grip. The long term durability is also fantastic. Each pair I've had last about 1-2 years. They do start off looking green, but they soon fade to tan.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Discontinued but effectiveVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Minnesota on Friday, June 5, 2015These have to be about the ugliest shoes possible, so I'm not surprised they were discontinued by Teva--definitely not Teva style-worthy. But they work. I use them as cycling shoes on platform pedals with pins and they grip very well. They also seem to dry fairly quickly which is a plus for the off-trail riding I do. Construction seems pretty cheap, so I'd definitely not pay full price for them, but they're well worth the price at which Sierra Trading Post offered them (about $30). I've only worn them for a couple weeks so I don't know about durability--I'd guess it won't be long as they're mostly made of thin, synthetic materials. I'm not a fan of the fat tongue, but given the shoes' overall ugliness it doesn't detract more than the rest of the shoe! I wanted a pair of shoes I could wear on off-trail explorations without worrying about trashing my better shoes and these have fit the bill well for that purpose. If that's what you want, grab a pair while they're on steep discount.

4.0 out of 5 stars. WhateverVerified Buyer Reviewed by who knows? from who cares on Thursday, June 4, 2015As to what's been said: Yes, they run small so order a half size up. And yes, they are not the color in the photo; they aren't brown with a greenish tinge, they aren't brown-green, they are green--three shades of olive drab to be exact. But no, they do not appear to me to have an odd sole as one person stated. If you can get past the color, they appear to be a pretty sturdy shoe that should last well given the maker. But, no, I can't really say much until 6 months or a year go by to see how they hold up. But my best guess, as of now, is that if you like the style and color, they are a lot of shoe for the price.

1.0 out of 5 stars. way to smallVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from NC on Wednesday, January 14, 2015I ordered a 1/2 bigger than my normal shoe and these were still to small, not in the length, but overall fit. After wearing these for about 2 hours I had to take them off because of the pressure on the top of my feet, even lacing them as lose as I can get them, they are not comfortable.

3.0 out of 5 stars. Shoe is Fine, Color is notVerified Buyer Reviewed by Beach Nut from Talkeetna, AK on Saturday, December 27, 2014Great shoe, however the color is not as listed, it is just plain "green" and not what I consider "Tarmac" as listed. They will need to be returned as the color doesn't even closely resemble the listing picture.

4.0 out of 5 stars. OK, but feel weird walkingVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Minnesota on Friday, November 28, 2014The thing that makes these "skater shoes," I guess, is that the toes are curved a little so it's easy to rock back and forth. My son doesn't like the feel, but he's wearing them to school. They're well-made and solid. A good deal, but he'd rather have shoes that are flat on the bottom.

3.0 out of 5 stars. WIDTH AND LENGTH FALL SHORT !Verified Buyer Reviewed by Shore Trekker from Jersey Shore on Sunday, November 2, 2014Both the width and length are undersized, the width more so. Took suggestion and ordered 1/2 size larger, that wasn't enough. I am exchanging shoes for next 1/2 size and hope this solves problem. The shoe itself is well made and would probably be very comfortable if correctly sized, otherwise, I wouldn't be trying to find the right fit, wish me luck.
