If only the strap was slightly longer, then i wouldn't have to loosen it so much (shows more than half of the velcro). But otherwise, great fitting & i like the toe guard.

Bought these and some NB 92o water shoes for extended warm weather adventure travel that included bouldering, scrambling, boating, cycle touring and trekking. On a 2 night trek into a mountainous, tropical coastal area, I had to travel extra light. The Tevas were the only footwear I brought along. Long story short, a bulky, misaligned seam on the middle strap ate a hole in my left instep over the course of about 20 hours of wear (spread over 3 days). I ended up leaving them at a youth camp and walking out barefoot, not even bothering to cart them home in order to get my refund from STP.

Great feel to my feet. Construction better than expected. Looking forward to warm days.

My husband has planter fasciitis and he has a difficult time finding footwear that gives enough support to his feet. He is very happy with these sandals, in fact he did a 3 mile hike in them and expected to have foot problems afterwards, but his feet were fine. The bad news is that the glue used to attach the sole is not very good, and in a short amount of time the sole began to separate from the rest of the sandal.

All four sole pieces fell off after less than eight hours of use. While I was on vacation. Rip-off.
