“The only thing these water shoes would be good for is sitting still in a boat or kayak. The heel of the shoe comes up very high on the back of the foot and rubs against the Achilles tendon. I walked way less than a mile on the beach wearing these shows and rubbed very bad blisters on the back of my heel -- still oozing after a week. (I would have taken them off but there were lots of broken shells underfoot.)”
