    I participate in 4-6 water aerobics classes per week. Although these shoes fit snuggly at first, after about 6 months they were loose and sloppy. Even thought I rinse them out with clean water after each use, they couldn't hold up. If you can get them on sale/clearance...and...know that they will only last about 6 months, I would go for it. Just don't expect more. This was my second pair and both had the same results.

    I have searching for these water shoes all around, finally bought a woman size 9, i am a man and where a size 8 1/2. They are a bit tight, but if the shoes fit you well and you like swimming in small river or swompy lake just to cool-off and jump around, These are perfect! And there isn't any pairs to shop around anywhere on the web. They are all sold out.

    I purchased these shoes for water aerobic classes. Perhaps they are not meant for this type of activity. They do not drain well. They were still full of water when I got to the dressing room. I pour water out of them into the shower.

    The only thing these water shoes would be good for is sitting still in a boat or kayak. The heel of the shoe comes up very high on the back of the foot and rubs against the Achilles tendon. I walked way less than a mile on the beach wearing these shows and rubbed very bad blisters on the back of my heel -- still oozing after a week. (I would have taken them off but there were lots of broken shells underfoot.)
