Reviewed by Scoutmaster R from South Carolina on Monday, May 20, 2013These shoes do require a break-in period before you hit the trail. I've discovered that they are not very good on slick surfaces, like logs with wet moss on them.

Reviewed by clay from California on Wednesday, May 15, 2013Tevas seem to run about a half-size short; I wear a ten and a half in most brands but needed an eleven with these. Only had them a couple of weeks but am very happy with them so far. They look good on and seem very durable.

Reviewed by trentwink from Markle on Wednesday, March 20, 2013At first glance, this is a very attractive shoe. It is well made with quality materials and modern colors. Easy on easy off. The fit is true to size. Comes with black shoes strings in addition to the blue. As far as the comfort level, I am always comparing new shoes to my favorite pair of Merrell hiking boots. These do not compare. I have flat feet and for some reason Merrell shoes form to my feet instantly and provide all day comfort. The Teva Reforge feels like a pair of snorkel flippers on my feet. They don't support my foot properly and my foot therefore doesn't roll through each step smoothly. It feels like there are shoes on my feet that I need to flop flop flop through each step. Kinda like walking in flippers. It may be just me, but I want to forget I have anything on my feet while walking. These shoes remind me of my Teva sandals, and maybe that was their design plan. Just not made for walking or hiking. In summary, very nice looking shoe with comfort issues.

Reviewed by Sven from Mn. on Friday, March 01, 2013Durable, waterproof, good looking, strong sole, good support. Also come with bonus spare laces in black. STP: You should note these run a half size small. Order 1/2 size up. Also, like others in Teva's Forge line, they fit narrow feet really well.
