I was looking for a very minimal support shoe to wear to work and this has been fantastic. You really feel the terrain; good training for barefooting![@]

I like these shoes, but they certainly look more like sport shoes than casual shoes in real life. Though I'm an exceedingly reliable 10.5M/44Euro, especially in Tevas, these were snug enough that I wore them sans socks my first day. Bad idea. Blisters on the heels in two hours. The material used for the uppers is a stiff reinforced canvas with no soft surfaces, and the straps, while sort of quasi-military-cool, is a pain in the rear to buckle. The end result makes this feel more like a climbing shoe than a casual shoe.

But hey, they're unique and I think they still look great with jeans. Like all Tevas, quality is top notch. They will no doubt last forever, and perhaps even become comfy after the stiff canvas upper is broken in.

I recommend them, but think sport-casual instead of boulevard-casual.

Nice overall shoe, had to send first pair back due to snap not engaging on one shoe. I think the straps on the new pair are different lengths, but they give you 3 placements for tightening and comfort.
    • Best Uses: Casual Wear, Outdoors, Travel, Wet Weather
    • Cons: Not Enough Cushioning
    • Pros: No tie, Snap-on
    • Sizing: Feels true to size
    • Width: Feels true to width
