“Great shoe!”

“I really love these shoes.. so when I point out the one con, please be aware that I still wore them a LOT last summer and will do so again this year! The strap closures are unique, and like nothing I have ever seen or used before. There is something like a large rivit on the inner side of the shoe strap that must go "through" a small hold on the outer strap. Problem is that the hole is very small and the leather stiff.. giving real trouble getting the rivet through the hole! I'm afraid to do too much to stretch the hold, though, for fear that if I do, the straps won't stay attached anymore..... But even so, I love the shoes... I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE WITH DIFFICULTY BUCKLING SHOES IN GENERAL AS IT TAKES SOME TIME TO GET THESE ON SOMETIMES; AND DEFINITELY NOT FOR ANYONE WITH ANY SORT OF ARTHRITIS OR OTHER ILLNESS THAT LIMITS MOBILITY OR STRENGTH IN THE HANDS AND FINGERS!
