The boot was so comfortable to walk on, I love Tevas. Returns are super easy. But anyone with a normal size foot, get these boots! I'm a 6.5 and the 7 was too snug in the width but the length was good.

Reviewed by rach from california on Monday, April 01, 2013These boots barely need to be broken in, and are quite comfy and stable (great ankle support) when hiking. I've only taken one trip in them, but stayed in them the whole time through biking, snow hiking, and camping, and they were great. Since they're not all leather, I have no idea how long they'll hold up, but they were awesome on this trip. The waterproofing should be taken with a grain of salt, though - after snow hiking they were definitely damp on the inside.

I was a little worried my feet would be cold and wet. We hiked for about an hour and went to the warming house. My friend asked me how my feet were because hers were cold in her winter boots. I realized mine were perfect! of course I did have on Smartwool socks, but so did she. I'm very surprised these light weight boots were warm enough and not a single feel of wetness.

Unfortunately they were about 1/2 size smaller than my usual size and a larger size was not available so I had to return them. It's just as well, as they were a tad lightweight for what I wanted. I would recommend them, quality-wise, but suggest the buyer consider whether they are up to the intended use.

Reviewed by MuchaKoda from Colorado Mtns. on Sunday, November 04, 2012I love Teva sandals. With high hopes I bought these in my usual size 8.5, and they fit just fine once I was able to get them on. They are hard to get on, I had to loosen all the laces to the toe to get them on. Once on the sizing was good though. Cute style, but they are built much more lightweight than what I was looking for. The traction isn't very grippy, they are thin-walled all around, and the soles are pretty thin. Not sure how long they'd hold up to hiking in the mountains on hilly & rocky trails. They seem like a casual sneaker-boot. I walked 4 miles in them and decided that I needed something thicker/more durable for the types of hikes I do, so I returned them. Ankle support is adequate tho. Didn't test their waterproof abilities, but they had the inner liner like other waterproof boots. I think that if someone was looking for a very casual/sporty lightweight boot for around town or flat easy hikes, these would be fine, but it's not really a 'hiking' boot imo.
