    I love these shoes! I had read precious posts about going up a size so I did... Sadly they're now a little too big. Normally I wear a 6 or 6 1/2. I ordered a 7 and they're too big, but still wearable.

    I use these as my "all around" shoes, for the gym and for walking on blacktop and sidewalks. I took the insert out and put in a light pair of orthotics. They work well. The sole has a bit of a curve to the front part, so the foot just rolls into the step. I am very satisfied.
