Teva X-1 Classic Slide Shoes (For Women)

I like these shoes. They offer a lot of comfort and traction. Can be worn for long walks or running errands. They did feel very tight in the width and I have narrow feet, so I was very surprised. However, they have become more comfortable the more I have worn them. Definitely, not to be worn with thick socks. The insole has great arch support and the inside of the shoe feels velvety against my foot. The heel of the shoe is quite stiff and did rub against my achilles tendon the first few times, but that did become more comfortable. The sole is a bit stiff which seems to be common in the Teva brand. The shoe is very stylish. Definitely order a whole size up if you can.

Tight the first day I wore them but now perfect. I wear to work 15-18 hour shifts on my feet and they are doing great.

I ordered the beige/green pair and loved them so much I got back on line and ordered the tan/brown color too. Wish I could have gotten more colors because I love these shoes. I wear them all the time.

Great for work in the hospital!

When I 1st put them on I was concerned because they were tight going on, but they hugged my feet perfectly and I was surprised that my feet did not hurt later in the day, I had taken along another pair of shoes just in case and didn't need them. I wish they had my size in another color - I'd definately buy them.

I have only just got them but intend to take them to India later this year

hard to get on when brand new; thought they weren't going to work for me. But when I got them on with a shoehorn, they were amazingly comfortable and very supportive.

Unfortunately, I had to return these shoes. First of all, they were WAY too tight. I have a high arch, but I ordered up a half-size to compensate, and I could still barely get the shoe over my foot. I'm sure part of the reason was the stiffness of the shoe - the leather and construction just had no give at all! It seems to me that the point of a slip-on shoe is that it should "slip on" easily, and these just did not. I debated for a while whether to order the next size up, but decided against it because I figured the shoe would still be stiff and uncomfortable. Too bad - they have a great look! Maybe someone who has more patience for breaking shoes in than I will like them!
